The thoughts and feelings shared in therapy, as well as the relationship that is built are essential in the healing and growth process. I provide a safe environment for positive change by working with you in a supportive and collaborative way to help build on your strengths.
About
Therapy with Jessica
Being a woman comes with unique challenges—whether it’s navigating motherhood, managing anxiety or ADHD, or coping with PMDD and perimenopause. It can be exhausting to juggle everything while struggling to feel like yourself. Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom, a working mom, part of a blended family, or a single mom, the pressure to do it all can feel overwhelming. You may feel stretched thin, battling guilt, stress, or self-doubt, all while trying to care for everyone else. I work with women who are tired of carrying the mental load alone—women who are doing it all, yet feel anxious, unseen, or disconnected from themselves.
What makes my approach unique is my deep understanding of women’s mental health and the realities of motherhood, ADHD, and hormonal shifts. With over 18 years of experience and additional specialized training in perinatal mental health, I offer a direct yet compassionate approach—a space where you can feel truly heard, supported, and empowered.
I’m here to help guide you through that process, offering a compassionate, honest, direct, nonjudgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings. In our sessions, together we’ll explore your goals and work towards achieving them in a way that feels comfortable and empowering you to heal and move forward with confidence. You are not alone.
